These Terms of Use govern your use of the Spokly mobile application, operated by FLIVIO OÜ ("we", "our", "us"). By using Spokly, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Spokly is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Redistribute or resell content from the app
Subscriptions & Payments
Spokly may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies
Intellectual Property
All content in Spokly — including vocabulary content, design, and functionality — is owned by FLIVIO OÜ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Disclaimer
Spokly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times. Language learning results vary by individual effort and consistency.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLIVIO OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Spokly.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (EU). Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
