Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I use Spokly without an internet connection?
Yes. Spokly works fully offline once the app is downloaded. Your progress syncs automatically when you reconnect.
My progress disappeared after reinstalling the app.
Progress is tied to an anonymous identifier stored on your device. Reinstalling the app creates a new identifier. Unfortunately, progress cannot be recovered after a reinstall. We recommend not uninstalling the app to preserve your data.
How does spaced repetition work?
Spokly shows you words more frequently when you're learning them and less frequently as you master them. This is based on the proven spaced repetition method, which maximizes long-term memory retention with minimal study time.
I found a bug / the app is crashing.
Please email us with a description of the issue, your device model, and OS version. We typically respond within 1ā2 business days.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email us at support@flivio.org with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will delete your anonymous data within 7 days.
