FLIVIO OÜ ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Spokly mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Spokly.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the app:
- Anonymous identifier — a random ID generated on first launch to save your progress. Not linked to your name, email, or any personal data.
- Usage data — which features you use, session duration, and learning progress. Used to improve the app experience.
- Device info — OS version, device type. Used for compatibility and crash reporting.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
How We Use Your Information
- To save and sync your learning progress
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
- To understand how features are used (aggregate, anonymized)
Third-Party Services
Spokly uses the following third-party services:

Data Retention
Your anonymous learning data is retained as long as you use the app. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
Spokly does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
